You have 30 minutes to submit your game. Make sure your game is uploaded to itch.io before the window closes.
How to Submit
Step 1: Upload Your Game to itch.io
If you haven’t already, follow the deployment guide to upload your game to itch.io.
Step 2: Submit to the Jam
- Go to the jam page: itch.io/jam/kiro-game-night
- Click Submit your project
- Select your game from your itch.io dashboard
- Add a short description of your game and what you built
- Click Submit
Tip
Make sure your game page on itch.io has “This file will be played in the browser” checked so judges can play it directly without downloading.
How Judging Works
This jam uses peer judging — every participant who submits a game gets to judge other participants’ games.
Who Can Judge
- All participants who submitted a game can vote
- You cannot vote for your own game
- You can play and rate as many games as you want within the voting window
How to Vote
- Go to the jam page: itch.io/jam/kiro-game-night
- Once submissions close, click Rate entries or browse the submissions
- Play each game directly in the browser
- Rate the game on the voting categories
- Submit your ratings
Voting Categories
| Category | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Most Creative | Unique concept, unexpected twist, or original idea |
| Most Polished | Best looking, best feeling — UI, animations, sound |
| Most Fun | The game you kept playing and enjoyed the most |
| Best Use of Kiro | Clever use of AI-assisted development with Kiro IDE |
Tips for Fair Judging
- Play each game for at least 2–3 minutes before rating
- Be generous — everyone built this in 90 minutes
- Rate on what’s there, not what’s missing
- Leave a comment on games you enjoyed — it means a lot to the creator
After Voting
Once voting ends at 12:30 PM, results will be tallied automatically on itch.io. The jam page will show the final rankings and winners for each category.
